Microneedling with BioGel

What is BioGel?

BioGel is made entirely from a patient’s own blood with no synthetic additives or foreign substance. It begins as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and is transformed into a gel through controlled processing.

The process begins with a small blood draw, similar to a routine laboratory test. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge and spun at controlled speeds to separate it into its components, isolating the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the red blood cells. The PRP is gently heated for a controlled period, which converts liquid PRP into a BioGel.

What is Microneedling with BioGel?

Microneedling with BioGel is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines traditional microneedlin, a collagen-inducing therapy, with the application of a regenerative BioGel serum. The BioGel acts as a nutrient-rich, hydrating, and healing medium that enhances the results of microneedling while accelerating skin recovery.

How It Works

Microneedling:

  • A device with fine, sterile needles creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These microchannels stimulate the body’s natural healing process, prompting increased collagen and elastin production which are key elements for firm, smooth, and youthful skin.

BioGel Application:

  • During or immediately after microneedling, a BioGel is applied. These penetrate deeply through the microchannels, maximizing absorption and enhancing the skin’s regenerative response.

Benefits

  • Enhanced Collagen Production
  • The micro-injuries trigger collagen remodeling, improving skin texture, firmness, and elasticity.
  • Accelerated Healing & Reduced Downtime
  • BioGel’s soothing and hydrating properties promote faster recovery and minimize redness, swelling, and irritation after treatment.
  • Improved Hydration and Skin Barrier
  • Hyaluronic acid and bioactive peptides in the BioGel restore moisture balance and strengthen the skin’s protective barrier.
  • Reduction in Fine Lines and Wrinkles
  • Regular treatments lead to smoother skin with visibly diminished fine lines and early wrinkles.
  • Minimized Scars and Pore Size
  • Microneedling helps fade acne scars and refine enlarged pores, while BioGel enhances the evenness of the healing process.
  • Brighter, More Even Skin Tone
  • The combination treatment can reduce pigmentation irregularities and improve overall radiance.
  • Increased Treatment Efficacy
  • BioGel’s active ingredients penetrate deeper than they would on intact skin, amplifying the benefits compared to microneedling alone.

Ideal Candidates

Microneedling with BioGel is suitable for most skin types and is particularly beneficial for individuals seeking:

  • Smoother skin texture
  • Reduction in acne scars or fine lines
  • Improved hydration and glow
  • Faster recovery after microneedling sessions
