Patti has been a Senior Talent Development Consultant, that specializes in Organization Development, Leadership Development, Team Development, Career Development and Coaching for leaders at all levels. She brings 25+ years of coaching and development experience to this practice, working with companies from a variety of industries.

SCIENCE BASED

Based on recent and on-going studies with the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Conversational Intelligence for Coaches program, Patti has incorporated new approaches to coaching and development offerings based on neuroscience best practices. Patti enjoys facilitating insights with clients and co-create ways to action those “aha” moments.
